How To See How Much I’m Paying In Taxes

Would you like to cut your tax bill by $20k? "Of course, what kind of dumba** question is that?" is probably what you're thinking. I get it.

Now, the reason I ask... of course you want to pay less in taxes, everyone does... do you even know how much you're paying in taxes in the first place? And what I mean is, right, take someone trying to lose weight.

The worst trainer in the world would pitch losing 50 pounds to everyone, but what if that person doesn't have 50 pounds to lose? What if they want to tone or bulk? What if it's slimming down for a wedding suit? Right, it's not just always "lose 50 pounds" as the outcome.

Instead a good trainer during the first session needs to weigh you, take your measurements, get times and weights for where you're starting and what your goals are. Only then can a good trainer help you plus measure any improvements.

And same with taxes. Right, maybe you can save 20k in taxes. First though, are you actually paying 20k in taxes? what are your goals? Right, the advice we give depends on all those and more. And that's why we always project out your income and taxes first and then give you advice on what's gonna work for you.

Trainer gets your height, weight, speed, etc... Doctor gets your vitals and your xrays... Tax guys like us run your numbers first and then give advice. Hopefully that makes sense.

Recently, JT went through an example of a client who was gonna pay over $40k in taxes when they met us and before making any moves, we ran the numbers first and then told him his options... with one of those options saving a heck of a lot of taxes.

Here's JT explaining how we projected out his taxes and then what we did to help minimize those, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqGkr1JhBXg.
